We translate our passions into dishes
Ours is a seasonal menu that blends the harvest from our organic garden with a selection of local small producers' excellences, breathing new life into traditional local recipes.

The Masseria Palombara restaurant is an experience that goes beyond the table, a place to share special moments, whether under alfresco dining room on warm summer days or by the warmth of the fireplaces on winter evenings.
Our table is an emotion even for gluten free and vegans.
Breakfast Here, no one rushes you. Breakfast is served at the table, and the true stars are the products from our organic garden and the eggs from our hens. We serve a different hot savory dish every day, paired with the finest local delicacies, genuine combinations with a refined taste. The jams are homemade, and the honey comes from our almond grove. Ester, our pastry chef, early in the morning, indulges in making tarts and traditional pastries. Everything is served on Grottaglie ceramic plates.
We are in the land of Primitivo di Manduria. Winemaking is in our blood, like all Apulians.
Nero di Troia, Primitivo di Gioia Del Colle, Primitivo di Manduria, Negroamaro and a range of lesser-known grape varieties. We have only the finest from our territory, small productions, independent winemakers who produce as few as 1,000 bottles per year. Wines that are impossible to find, natural, organic, biodynamic wines.
Let yourself be guided; the world of Apulian wine is a truly extraordinary experience.
Everything you taste comes from here.
We treat the garden with care and respect. No fertilizers, no pesticides. Only the seed, then water and sunlight. Our Masseria has been organic for 20 years. Every morning, our eggplants make their way from the garden to the kitchen on foot. The vegetables that are not consumed during the day become food for our hens the next day, and in return, they provide us with eggs for our breakfast.
It's our garden that determines the menu.
